A piece of home to feel at home, the new concept of informal luxury.

Podere Castellare is where Patrizio, the owner, spent his childhood. Purchased by the family in the 1950s, the estate first became a successful farm, then a boutique farmhouse.
A place of memory, combining tradition and innovation, indissolubly linked to its territory, in harmony with nature amidst vineyards, woods and centuries-old olive trees, with a focus on design, style and comfort.

The Territory

Set on the slopes of the Vallombrosa woods, in one of the most beautiful and undiscovered corners of Tuscany with a breathtaking view of the many villages that rest on these hills, the farm is the fruit of its territory.
An excellent starting point to explore not only Florence, only 25 km away, but also Arezzo and Siena, to immerse oneself in the most ancestral nature of the Vallombrosa woods, to plan visits and tastings among the local food and wine riches.
35 hectares cultivated with vineyards, olive trees, kitchen garden and botanicals for the home-made gin. The nature that surrounds us is an integral part of the agriturismo, reflected in the materials, colours and cuisine.
